Designed by Mark Holloway and Donna Malek, the building incorporates many elements of repurposed and recycled materials as well as some historical artifacts of Ellensburg history. The artistically designed building was created to be an energy efficient full service restaurant using high efficiency HVAC systems, LED lighting, and reclaimed timbers. The acid-stained and stenciled floors, the Steam Punk design, as well as substantial basalt boulders used in landscaping, are just a few of the intriguing elements which will make for a complete and remarkable dining experience.
