Welcome to McIntosh Ranch! When we book for weddings we book it for the weekend. . Friday 12:00pm - Sunday 12:00pm. This gives you Friday to set up and have rehearsal if you wish, Saturday wedding/reception and Sunday to take down decor and clean up. You have the use of the large main building which includes a brides room, restrooms and a food prep area with large refrigerator. The building is heated and air conditioned. There are large glass doors that open onto the large nicely landscaped lawn. A walk up outdoor bar adjoins the lawn. We have another separate area for the groom and groomsmen to get ready String lights are included across the ceiling in the main building and strung overhead across the lawn. . We supply tables and chairs for up to 300 guests. Ample parking area. Beautiful setting inside and out with a lot of shade for photographs. You are required to have a one day event insurance policy for the day of the event. Also a banquet and liquor permit if needed. 2017 venue fee for the weekend is $3,500.00. $1000.00 of the amount to be paid to reserve date and the balance to paid no later than 90 days before the event.
